ILLNESS FATAL TO MRS. W.A. CUMMINS
Tulsan Lived in Northeastern Oklahoma 50 Years
Mrs. Jeanette Ada Cummins, 58 years old, 3013 North Lansing Avenue, a resident of northeastern Oklahoma more than half a century, died in a Tulsa hospital Friday of diabetic gangrene. She was taken to the hospital two weeks ago and had long been ill. She resided on a farm near Catoosa for 39 years before coming to Tulsa in 1923. She will be buried in the Duck cemetery at Catoosa under direction of the Moores funeral home, following rites to be arranged. She is survived by the husband, William A. Cummins, and a son, Walter Bales, both of the home; four other sons, Lee Roy Bales, of near Chelsea; Ralph Cummins, Hollywood, Cal.; Haskell Cummins and Anderson Cummins, Tulsa; a daughter, Mrs. Rosa Wyrick, Jenks road; one sister, Miss Viola Reynolds, 1727 East Marshal place; two brothers, William H. Reynolds, of near Chelsea and Charley B. Reynolds, Vern Station.
