ANTHONY CUNANAN

If love alone could have spared you, you would have lived forever. It is with great sorrow that we announce the sudden passing of Anthony Mark Cunanan, 31, of Las Vegas. Anthony went to Heaven March 2, 2012. He was born Dec. 15, 1980, in Las Vegas, and was a lifetime resident of Nevada. Anthony was loved by many and will be missed by all.

Like his father, Anthony was a man of faith, integrity, loyalty, bravery, kindness and truly cared for everyone above himself. His family and friends meant everything to him. He brought joy and happiness to every life he touched. He was passionate about music and writing. His dream was to make the world a better place for all those he loved. We are all so blessed and so thankful to have lived this life with Anthony loving us. He loved God and God loved him.

May he finally rest in peace in the loving arms of his father, Tony Cunanan, and with our Heavenly Father. Romans 8:31 - "If God is for us, who could be against us?" He was preceded in death by his loving father, Tony "Avelino" Cunanan, who passed away May 5, 2011. He is survived by his beautiful and beloved mother, Diana Cunanan; and his four older and grateful sisters, Elizabeth Julieta Christensen, Melissa Cunanan, Monalisa Truebenbach and Danielle Marie Cunanan. He is survived by his precious niece, Tyler; his nine precious nephews, Parker, Anthony, Junuh, Daniel, Kainen, Ethan, Tristan, Bobby and Spencer; and his two brothers-in-law, B J Christensen and Tim Truebenbach. Anthony will forever be lovingly remembered and missed by his mother; his sisters; his niece; his nephews; his brothers-in-law; his cousins; his aunts; his uncles; and his dear friends.

There will be a closed-casket visitation at 11 a.m., Tuesday, March 13, with services following, both at Davis Funeral Home, 6200 S. Eastern Ave., Las Vegas, NV 89119. Please send any flowers or gifts for the family to Davis Funeral Home.
