Andrew Armstrong Kincannon Jr., retired Memphis Attorney and son of Andrew A. Kincannon, professor of history at Mississippi State Teacher's College in Hattiesburg, died at 7:30 o'clock yesterday morning at his residence on Tutwiler, following a long illness of Multiple Sclerosis. He was 36 years of age.

Born in Columbus, MS, Mr. Kincannon, grandson of the late Senator James Zachariah George of Mississippi, attended public schools in Oxford, MS before coming to Memphis at the age of 12.

He continued his education here and while in his sophomore year at the University of Michigan married Miss Mary Fitzsimmons of Duluth, MN. Later he attended Memphis Law School where he received his degree.
