Harold B. Havenhill
WAPELLO - Harold B. Havenhill, 69, of Wapello, died Friday, Feb. 15, at his home. He was born July 31, 1915, in Louisa County to W. A. and Nellie Buffington Havenhill. He married Ruth Colyar March 16, 1941 in Grandview.
He was a farmer and a lifelong Louisa County resident.
Surviving: his wife; one daughter, Shirley Messer, of Columbus City; two sons, James Havenhill and Dennis Havenhill, both of Burlington; two sisters, Carol Denney, Danville, and Edith Denney, New London; two brothers, Rex Havenhill, New London; and Donald Havenhill, Wapello; two grandsons.
Funeral: 1:30 p.m. Sunday, Dudgeon-McCulley Funeral Home, Wapello, the Rev. Richard Smith; Wapello Cemetery. A memorial fund has been established to the Wapello Rescue Unit.
