John Robbins, Jr., real estate assessor for the Eleventh, Twelfth and Sixteenth wards, after a sickness of ten days, died yersterday morning at his residence, No. 1817 North Sixth street. The deceased was a member of the old Board of School Control prior to the reorganization of that department as the Board of Public Education. He represented the Eleventh ward in the Democratic City Committee for several years."
