 A native of Cheneyville, Mr.

Fenn had lived here for the past

25 years, and had been an employee

of the Standard Oil for 21 years.

He was a foreman of the general

labor department.

Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Alice

Cotton Fenn, four stepdaughters,

Adelaide Chance, Lois Chance, Bet-

ty Chance and Ora Lee Chance,

one brother Ellis L. Fenn, and

four sisters, Mrs. Robert Wood,

Jefferson, Tex., Mrs. Emile Hart,

Detroit, Mich., Mrs. J. Tibert, Mar-

thaville La, and Mrs. Helene

Galdbreath, Texarkana, Tex.
