He was born in Millersburg, Ohio, to Forrest and Phyllis Parsons Sr. He was a graduate of Field High School in Brimfield, Ohio, and a machinist for most of his working life.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Phyllis; son, Charles; and brother, Steven. He is survived by his father, Forrest Parsons, Sr. of Danville, Ohio; his loving daughters, Stephanie and Kimberly of Akron; his son, Jeffrey (Deborah), and his only grandchild, Christopher, of San Diego; his brother, David of Iowa; sister, Joelen of Florida; and many other family members, nieces and nephews. Also a special regard to close friends, Fritz Barker, Don Cooley, and Mike and Kathy Bogdan.
Cremation has taken place with burial set for after the holidays in the family plot at Prairie Township Cemetery in Holmesville, Ohio. Condolences may be sent to 1600 Highview, Akron, Ohio 44301.
