Mr. Fox was a handyman, specializing in carpentry, who then worked with the Crawfordsville Park and Rec, retiring after 22 years of work. He was an Army veteran, stationed in Korea. He was a 1963 graduate of Danville (Ind.) High School. He enjoyed mushroom hunting, fishing and deer hunting.
Born August 5, 1944 in Greencastle, Indiana, he was the son of Veston Fox and Elsie Kershaw Fox McCarter.
Survivors include two brothers, Ronald (Linda) Fox, Sr. of Crawfordsville and Gary Lee (Nona Young) Fox of North Salem, nephews Ronald Fox, Jr., nieces, Melissa and Megan Fox, great-nephew, Colton Fox.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, March 14, at 2 PM in Burkhart Funeral Home with Rev. Buddy Goss officiating. Visitation is one hour prior to the services. Burial will be at Danville (IL) National Cemetery later in the week.
