Mrs. Joyce G. Bauer, 57, of 118 S. 4th St., Coplay, died Thursday in St. Luke's Hospital.
Born in Allentown, she was a daughter of Rose (Wolfe) Schaffer of Allentown and the late Claude Schaffer.
Mrs. Bauer was a member of St. Peter's Catholic Church, Coplay.
Surviving with her mother are three daughters, Barbara, wife of John Polzer, with whom she resided, Mary, wife of Michael Tannous of Souderton, and Donna, wife of Bruce Baitsell of Carlisle, Cumberland County; five sons, John, James and Donald J., all of Carlisle, and Robert of Gaithersburg, Md., and Richard with the Marines in Hubert, N.C.; two sisters, Rosealine, CQ wife of Henry Picchio of Allentown, and Louise, wife of Nicholas Kabinetz of Fullerton; two brothers, Richard of Greenawalds and Claude of Allentown, and four grandchildren.
Services at 9 a.m. Monday in the Robert A. Hauke Funeral Home, 4th and Chestnut streets, Coplay, will be followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 a.m. in the church. Calling hours will be 7-8:30 p.m. Sunday.
