Mrs Edith Naomi Newcomer, widow of Harry K Newcomer, of Beaver Creek, died at her home Wednesday morning, aged 83 years.
Born in Skananeatelen, New York, she was the daughter of the late David Q & Helen J Stevens. Mrs Newcomer was a member of Beaver Creek Christian Church.
Surviving are a son, Dr William Newcomer, Mt Wilson, Md, daughter, Mrs Eliza Brooks, Lafayette, California; and three grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at the home on Friday at 2pm with the Rev J H Knibb officiating. Interment in Beaver Creek Cemetery.
