Funeral services for Carroll K. Froman, 58, of Route 2, Faribault, were held on Jan. 20, at the Immaculate Conception Church in Faribault with the Rev. James Rummell officiating. Interment was made in Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers were Harlan Hanson of LeCrescent, Lawrence Brazil of Rensen, Iowa, Robert Bauer of Faribault, Jeffery Gelhar of St. Louis Park, Michael Gramse of Long Beach, Calif., and David Thielbar of Faribault all sons-in-law. Carroll K. Froman was born on Sept. 6, 1911, in Illinois to Mr. and Mrs. S. B. Froman. He attended Faribault High School and at the time of his death was employed by Pirkl Implement Co. He was united in marriage on July 10, 193, to Genevieve LeMieux at the Sacred Heart Church. He was treasurer of the School Board District 1780. Mr. Froman, who passed away on Jan. 13, as result of an auto accident, is survived by his widow, Genevieve; seven daughters, Mrs. Harlan (Kathleen) Hanson of LeCrescent, Mrs. Lawrence (Margaret) Brazil of Remsen, Iowa, Mrs. Robert (Patricia) Bauer of Faribault, Mrs. Jeffery (Caroline) Gelhar of St. Louis Park, Mrs. Michael (Eva) Gramse of Long Beach, Calif., Mrs. David (Pauline) Thielbar of Faribault and Bernadette at home; two sons, Benjamin and Paul both at home; 14 grandchildren; four brothers, Harvey Froman of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Earl Froman of Lebanon, Ohio, David Froman of Faribault and Clarence Froman of Faribault; by nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Genevieve Carole, and three brothers.
