Mrs. Emma Lau, 77, of R. 2, Sheboygan Falls, died Wednesday night at Sheboygan Memorial Hospital of an apparent heart attack.
Born on Oct. 24, 1891 in the town of Herman, she was a daughter of the late Edward and Dorothea Wehrmann Pippert.
On May 15, 1915 she was married to Edward Lau of the town of Sheboygan Falls. Mr. Lau died in 1933.
Mrs. Lau was a member of Saron United Church of Christ, town of Sheboygan Falls, and the Ladies Aid Society and the Women’s Guild of the church.
Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Harvey (Edith) Eick of R. 2, Sheboygan Falls; three grandchildren; three great grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Ida Hartman of Phoenix, Ariz., and Mrs. Howard Waite of Roselle, Ill. Four brothers and two sisters preceded her in death.
Funeral services will be at Saron UCC, Town of Sheboygan Falls, the Rev. A. A. Graf, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
