Stanley J. Antolak Sr., age 91, of St. Clairsville, died Sunday, January 23, 2005 at East Ohio Regional Hospital, Martins Ferry.

He was born on April 4, 1913 at Fairpoint, Ohio, son of the late Toefil and Mary Bohoncik Antolak.

Stanley was retired from Consolidation Coal Company and co-owner of Barton Septic Service.

He was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in St. Clairsville and a member of the Knights of Columbus.

In addition to his parents, Stanley was preceded in death by his wife of 49 years, Frances L. Yudasz Antolak; a sister, Rose Jurkowski; eight brothers, Jack, Andy, Albert, Alex, George, Sylvester, Frank and Joe Antolak.

Surviving are four daughters, Clara (Joe) Pagot and Christine (Pete) Stazenski all of St. Clairsville, Linda (Gary) Cline and Margaret (Jerry) Taylor all of Columbus; two sons, Stanley J. (Sissy) Antolak Jr. and Richard (Jill) Antolak all of St. Clairsville; a sister, Anna Kogut of Martins Ferry; fourteen grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

Family and friends will be received on Tuesday 2 to 9 p.m. at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville with a vigil service at 7 p.m. Funeral Liturgy with Mass will be celebrated at St. Mary's Catholic Church, St. Clairsville on Wednesday at 10 a.m. with Father Christopher Foxhoven the celebrant.

Burial will follow in Union Cemetery, St. Clairsville.

Memorial contributions may be made to the St. Clairsville Food Pantry, St. Mary's Catholic Church or St. Stanislaus Catholic Church.
