Eunice Thelma Hancock, 89, a homemaker, died of heart failure Saturday at Pleasant Hill Nursing Home in Jackson. Services are 10 a.m. today at Lodebar Cemetery in Pelahatchie. Stringer Funeral Home in Crystal Springs is in charge. She was a Pelahatchie native who lived in Florence 40 years and a member of Shiloh United Methodist Church. She was the widow of Charlie Hancock.
Survivors include: son, Don Hancock of Florence; daughter, Ruth Holman of Bolton; and 10 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
