Freda Wright Ripley, 80, of New York, formerly of Union City, died Wednesday at Corry Memorial Hospital.
She was born Aug. 11, 1907, in Wayne Township, daughter of the late Charles and Gladie Drake Wright.
She was preceded in death by her husband, George C. Ripley, in 1961. She had been employed by the Cherry Hill Division of Ethan Allen Union City until her retirement.
Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Marian Willover of Clymer.
Friends may call at the Glenn Funeral Home Union City, Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and attend funeral services there Saturday at 2 p.m., with the Rev Donald Bloomer officiating.
Burial will be at Evergreen Cemetery, Union City.
