Albert G. Gilbert, 6160 SW Picard Court, president of Portland Electric and Plumbing Co., died of cancer Tuesday in a hospital. Mr. Gilbert was born Nov. 18, 1919, in Liverpool, England, and came to Portland as a child. He is survived by his wife Rosalie; sons Kerry and Ted; a sister, Belle Angel, and two brotehrs, Maurice and Louis, all of Portland. Graveside servcies will be 1 p.m. Wednesday in Beth Israel Cemetery. The family suggests remembrances be contributions to the Leslie Gilbert Memorial Fund at Providence Hospital or the hospital's Oncology Clinic. (Teh Oregonian, 05 Jun 1974)
