Criselda M. Aguirre, 40 of Waxahachie, passed away Thursday, March 15, 2012 surrounded by her loving family at Baylor Medical Center Hospital of Dallas. She was born to Juan and Guadalupe Palacios Aguirre on October 16, 1971 in Chicago, IL.
Criselda loved shopping, especially for jewelry, clothes and shoes. She also enjoyed watching movies but most of all she loved spending time with her family.
She is survived by her husband, Mario Aguirre; her children, Mariana Aguirre, Juan Marcos Aguirre, Erica Aguirre and Amanda Aguirre; also by her step son, Christopher Aguirre; by her mother, Guadalupe P. Palacios; by her sister, Lorena Loya; by her brother, Julio Loya and his fiancé, Marilyn; her step granddaughter, Louiann Aguirre; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father, Juan M. Loya; by her grandmother, Rosa Loya; also by her uncle, Alejandro Loya.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m., Monday, March 19, 2012 at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Father Henry Drozd serving as Celebrant. Interment will follow at the Waxahachie City Cemetery.
Visitation for family and friends will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Sunday, March 18, 2012 at Wayne Boze Funeral Home, with a Rosary prayer service beginning at 7:00 p.m.
