Viola Pauline Smith, 68, died Monday, Feb. 16, 1960 while a resident at the Gilman Rest Home.

Viola Andrews was born Jan. 1, 1892 at Thorp (Clark Co., Wis.), and on Aug. 9, 1922 she married Percy Smith in Stanley. Mrs. Smith was a former Blue Moon employee and previously was in show business for about 20 years.

Funeral services will be held at the Andrews residence here on Thursday afternoon, Feb. 18th at 2 p.m., with Rev. Cecil Ward officiating. Burial will be made in the Riverside Cemetery.

She is survived by her husband Percy; one daughter, Jeanne Larson of Minneapolis; six brothers, Dewey of Rib Lake, Ely of Richmond, Calif., Alfred of Washington, Robert of Wheeler, Edgar of Gilman and Leonard of Lublin; three sisters, Mrs. Anton Gulzynski of Thorp, Mrs. Harry Luke of Blackfoot, Idaho and Mrs. Harold Schmidt of Prairie City, Iowa.
