Mrs. Annie Katherine Henshaw, age 66, wife of Samuel Henshaw, died at the Bloomington hospital at 5:10 a.m. today after an operation performed last Thursday morning. Mrs. Henshaw became suddenly ill last Thursday and was rushed to the hospital for an operation for hernia. Her condition had been critical since she was first stricken.

Survivors are the husband; two daughters Mrs. A. F. Bezzy and Mrs. Otto Clendenning, both of this city; a brother, William Ang of New Albany, and a sister Mrs. John Jenkins of New Albany.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock from the Nazarene church, of which she was a member. The Rev. Everett Atkinson will conduct the services. Interment will be made at Clear Creek. Those who will serve as pallbearers are Everett Chambers, the Rev. Clayton Cassady, the Rev. Isaac B. Tucker, the Rev. Ross Dugger, Fred Sims and Carl Browning.

The body will lie in state at the residence at 1109 south Rogers street and friends may call there.
