Lilly Ivers was united in marriage to Ernst Herbert Ratashak on August 16, 1945.

Lilly and Ernie were partners and pals for 56 years. Lilly and Ernie's family include sons:
Russell, Rodney "who waited in heaven", Robert and Rex

They moved to California in 1964. Ernie retired at the young age of 49 in 1973 after a severe heart attack.

Grandchildren:
David, Dennis, Deborah, Jason and Joshua

Great-grandchildren:
Josiah, Rebekah, Benjamin, Natasha, Abigail and Christopher.
