Lehyman J. Bastian, age 86, passed away on Tuesday, January 31, 2012 in Sebring, FL. He was born in Menominee, Michigan on August 30, 1925 to Joseph and Louise (Debroux) Bastian. He was an Engineer in the Paper Goods Industry; member of St. Catherine Catholic Church; served in the U.S. Army during WWII. He enjoyed playing golf and also enjoyed fixing things. He was a resident of Sebring since 1988 coming from Media, PA. He is survived by his wife, Mary Louise Bastian of Sebring; son, John M. Bastian of Alpharetta, GA; grandchildren, Sarah Bastian, Matthew Motto and Paula Motto. He was preceded in death by his daughter in 1997, Theresa Bastian Motto. Memorial services will be held on Monday, February 6, 2012 at 10:30 AM at St. Catherine Catholic Church with Father J. Peter Sheehan officiating. Contributions may be made in his memory to St. Catherine Catholic Church.
