Lyle Wilbur Bidlack, 82, of Owego, passed away on Tuesday, January 16, 2007. Mr. Bidlack was predeceased by his sister, Jean Harris. He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Ruth; daughter and son-in-law, Faye and Ralph Trombley, Watsonville, Calif.; grandson, John Holton, II, Dayton, Ohio; sister, Esther Merrill; two brothers, Rodney and Donald Bidlack; several nieces and nephews. Mr. Bidlack was a WWII Veteran of the U.S. Army and was awarded the Purple Heart. He retired from Ingersoll-Rand.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family with the Rev. Philip Jordan officiating. Burial will be in Hope Cemetery, Newark Valley. There will be no calling hours. Arrangements by Estey, Munroe & Fahey Funeral Home.
