Monique Oziol immigrated to the United States from St. Etienne, Loire, France in 1902 with three of her four children. She lived in Quebec, Canada for about five years and then returned to the United States in 1907 and settled in Manitowoc County, Wisconsin. In 1920 she lived in Stone Lake, Wisconsin and in 1930 she lived in Calumet, Wisconsin.
