Andrew M Schele, 605 W Rudisill Blvd, was pronounced dead on arrival at 4 pm Thursday at Lutheran Hospital after being stricken by a heart attack.
Mr Schele, a lifelong resident of Fort Wayne, retired in 1955 from the International Harvester Co where he had been employed as an electrician for many years. He was a member of the First Missionary Church.
Surviving are his wife, Essie; a son DeWayne of Fort Wayne and Sandra Schele of Fort Wayne.
Services will be at 2 pm Saturday at the Chalfant-Perry Funeral Home with RevCorneliusViot officiating. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Park. Friends may call at the funeral home after noon today. Fort Wayne Journal Gazette - September 23, 1960
