Well Known Citizen Dies
Miles Bloom died at his home near the Johnston Steelement on Monday January 27 at 2 p.m. His death resulted from a complication of disease, of which he was a great sufferer. His first wife preceeded him to the grave several years ago. To that union he had ten children, as follows: Roxie, Dora, Nellie, Bethal, Ruth, Helen, Lloyd, Paul, Wade and Russell, all married, and all were able to be at their father's funeral, which took place Thursday afternoon at the home at 1:30 p.m. Interment in Fruit Hill Cemetery.
