Ronald Corry Williams, 58, was born June 23, 1945 and passed away May 3, 2004 at Medical City-Dallas Hospital after a long and courageous battle with cancer. He was preceded in death by his parents, Catherine Williams Ebert & O. C. Williams. Ron is survived by his wife of 19 years, Maggie, daughters, Mitze Cook and Amanda Williams; grandson, Blaine Cook; sisters, Judy Davis and Cathy Masters; step-father, Jimmy Ebert of Gun Barrel City; nieces, nephews and many loving and caring relatives and friends. He was a Veteran of the United States Marine Corps where he served in Vietman; a life member of VFW Post 6796 and a member of St. Pius Catholic Church. Services will be 2:00 PM Thursday, May 6, 2004, at the New Hope Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Grove Hill Cemetery.
