MARTHA DAVIS SERVICES TO BE FRIDAY
Services for Martha B. DAVIS, who died at the Routt County Memorial Hospital Tuesday afternoon will be held Friday at 2:00 p.m. at the St. Paul's Church with the Rev. Justin Van Lopik of Denver officiating.
Mrs. DAVIS, well known and much loved by friends all over this area, came to Steamboat Springs from Kansas City in 1944. She was born there, March 10, 1912.
For many years Mrs. DAVIS was employed by the Yampa Valley Electric Association as cashier and secretary, where she always greeted everyone with a smile and a cheery word.
Surviving is a son, Dr. William DAVIS, U. S. Hospital, San Diego, one sister, Christine FICK and many, many friends.
Funeral arrangements are in charge of Root Mortuary with burial to be in the Steamboat Springs cemetery.
