Mrs. William Mann
Calhoun Falls -- Mrs. Clara Ann Carwile Mann, 96, of the Nation section of Abbeville County, widow of William B. Mann, died Tuesday.
Born in Abbeville County, she was a daughter of the late Addison Franklin and Martha Jane Pratt Carwile.
Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. C.D. Nance and Mrs. William M. Broadwell Sr. of Calhoun Falls and Miss Edna Mann of the home; three sons, J. Guy and W.D. Mann of Lowndesville and George F. Mann of Rt. 1, Abbeville; seven grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and seven great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 5 P.M. Wednesday at Bells United Methodist Church. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
The body is at Parker-Payne Funeral Home. The family is at the home of a daughter, Mrs. C.D. Nance, 432 Tugallo St.
