Mrs. Davis, age 82, of Pineville, entered eternal rest on Sunday, March 25, 2012 at her residence surrounded by her family. She was born on June 19, 1929 in Ft. Worth, Texas to Arch and Hazel Underwood. She married William J. Davis on August 17, 1946 and they had three children.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband; one son, William Clifton Davis; one grandson, Todd McGrew.
She is survived by her two daughters, Susan Franklin of Pineville, Nancy Green and husband Ronnie of Pineville; grandchildren, Christopher McGrew of Alexandria, Ron Kellogg of Washington D.C., Kimberly Cory of West Monroe, Lauren and Quinton Cory of West Monroe , Angela Hathorn Cox of Pineville; great grandchildren, Jessica Cox of Conroe, Texas, Bryce Bell of Pineville, Micaiah Johnson of Pineville, Aleck Featherston and wife, Laree of Fort Worth, Texas; great nephew, Lige Featherston and wife Jami and son, Lodi Featherston of Ft. Worth; great niece, Alissa Bell and husband Adam and son, Alexander, all of Fort Worth; lifelong friend, Jean Smith of Arlington, Texas and Donald Malone of Pineville, a special friend who was like a son to her.
