"Joseph Huba, a popular and well known young man of the West End, who was killed near Peekskill yesterday, will be buried to-morrow afternoon from the residence of his parents on Central avenue. The Luther League of St. John's Lutheran church will attend the funeral in a body. He was a son of Contractor Conrad Huba of this city, and a brakeman on the Central-Hudson railroad. He was struck by a bridge and instantly killed. His skull was fractured and his neck broken. He was about 21 years of age, unmarried, and lived with his parents."
