She was born June 30, 1934, in Portland, Ore., to Charles S. and Otella G. (Stout) Marson. Connie moved to Clarkston in August 2007 to be near her daughter, but mostly she loved the town and surrounding beauty.
When she walked into a room, everyone knew Connie was there, with that energetic, sparkling smile and laugh. She made so many friends here in such a short time and she will be missed by them all.
Connie is survived by her husband, Rick of Vancouver, Wash.; sister, Donna Shaw of Portland; sons, Lonnie (Natalie) Mitchell of Irving, Texas, and Herb Goss Jr. of Gresham, Ore.; daughter, Myra (Larry) Baker of Clarkston; seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
We are ever so grateful to the "Angels" who took such wonderful care of her in the ICU at Tri-State Memorial Hospital.
Connie will be truly missed and the world is not as bright without her.
A memorial service will be at 10 a.m. Friday, February 15, at Vassar-Rawls Funeral Home in Lewiston.
