C. H. Ivins, Former Sheriff, Is Called -

Charles Henry Ivins, Nipomo barber and former S.L.O. County sheriff, died in S. L. O. Sunday following an illness of several weeks.

Ivins was a native of Cambria and after serving as deputy while his father was sheriff, he succeeded to the position upon his father's death.

He leaves a daughter, Miss Patricia Ivins, in Nipomo, and a number of cousins.
