Leonard G. Hardy Jr., 59, former Salt Lake resident, died at his home in San Francisco Tuesday morning after several months illness, according to word received by relatives in Salt Lake City.
Born in Salt Lake City, Feb. 25, 1886, he was a son of Leonard G. and Miriam Young Hardy, ond had been a resident of San Francisco 25 years.
Survivors include his widow, Luccetta Bromley Hardy, three daughters residing in San Francisco, a son, serving with the armed forces in Europe, and the following brothers and sisters: Lt. Col. A. Y. Hardy, Denver; Mrs, James H. Hampton, Bountiful; Mrs. Thomas Blair, Granite, Salt Lake County: E. V. Hardy, Garfield; and Georgie Y. Hardy, B. Y. Hardy and Mrs. Nila Matthews, Salt Lake City.
