the inscription states that she was a daughter of 'R. G. & Ruth Hopwood". So far, no other Ruth married to a R. G. Hopwood had been discovered in Fayette County, Pennsylvania during this time period, besides Ruth Jackson who married Rice Gaddis Hopwood.
The marker is shared with another daughter of R. G & Ruth Hopwood--Amanda Fuller Hopwood. Again, the dates are unclear.
