Death of Mrs. Elvina Gable
Mrs. Elvina Gable, widow of William Gable, died this morning at 2 o'clock at the home of her nephew, Harry H. Chambers, No. 449 North Prince street. Death was due to the infirmities of old age. Mrs. [Gable] was seventy-nine years old and was born and lived all her life in this city, having been a daughter of the late John Dorwart. Her husband died a number of years ago. She was a member of Grace Lutheran church. One son, John A. Gable, a wholesale grocer of Williamsport, and two grandchildren survive.
