Baldwyn- Flora Wallis 99, passed away at Longwood Nursing Facility in Booneville on Thursday, March 08, 2018. She was a former employee of Blue Bell Mfg. and Quality Bedding and was a housewife. She was the oldest living member of Ingram Baptist Church.
Funeral services will be at Waters Funeral Home on Saturday, March 10, 2018 at 11:00 A.M. with Bro. Earl Barron officiating. Burial will be in the Ingram Cemetery.
She is survived by (2) daughters, Mary Ham (Luther) of Baldwyn and Nancy Carpenter (Richard) of Tupelo; son, Gene Wallis (Kate) of Batesville; (7) grandchildren, Sandy Morton, Sheila Golden (Johnny), David Wallis (Tammy), Milton Copeland (Trish). Greg Carpenter, Derrick Carpenter and Daniel Ham; (28) Great-grandchildren; host of great-great-grandchildren and other relatives.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Milton Wallis; her parents, Solomon Columbus and Sallie Davis Allen; (7) brothers; (4) sisters and (4) grandsons.
Her grandsons will serve as her pallbearers.
Visitation will be at Waters Funeral Home Friday evening from 6:00 – 8:00 P.M.
