Mrs. Audrey B. Holderman, 85, of Lilburn died Sunday, Jan. 19, 1992.

No funeral is planned at this time. Mrs. Holderman, a native of Middleberry, Ind., was a member of Grace United Methodist Church in Elkhart, Ind.

Surviving are her son, Robert Holderman of Lilburn; a sister, Monica Lichtenberger; two grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Tom W. Wages, Snellville, is handling arrangements.
