Burial was in Grace Lawn Cemetery. Surviving are the widow, the former Audrey Messner; a son, Robert V. Holderman of Elkhart, and four brothers, Raymond, Ivan and Carl Holderman of Granger, and Myron Holderman of Glenn Falls, N.Y.
