Lettie Howlett Riggs, 63, died Oct. 29, 1992, in Waco, Texas.
Mrs. Riggs was born in Norfolk and was a Baptist.
Survivors include a daughter, Linda D. Baker of Hubbard; a son, Win Warren Davison Jr. of Hubbard; two sisters, Dorothy Sorey of Virginia Beach and Kathryn Morris of Richmond; a brother, Tommy Howlett of Modesto, Calif.; and two grandchildren.
A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Colonial Grove Memorial Park. Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Lynnhaven Chapel is handling arrangements.
Memorial donations may be made to the Curtis Patterson Memorial Kidney Fund, c/o Medical Arts Clinic, 301 Hospital Drive, Corsicana, Texas 75110.
