Forrest Is survived by his widow, Mrs. Leila Forrest, of Tampa; five daughters, Mrs. Willard Walker, Mrs. Hollis Hammond (1919-2010) and Miss Dorothy Forrest, of Tampa and Mrs. C. M. Sumners of Brownville, Tenn., and Mrs. Carson Brandon, and four grandchildren.
