Mary was the daughter of James R. and Etta Jane (McCarty) Leach. She was 63 years of age at the time of her passing. Mary was the wife of Jimmy V. Turner. They were married on January 29, 1955, in LaFollette, TN. She had come to Monroe in 1956 from TN. Mary was survived by her husband; four daughters, Debra, Jane, Sandra and Michelle; four brothers, Earl, Andy, Clyde, and Conley; two sisters, Edith and Edna; and five grandchildren. She was preceded in death by four brothers, Carl, Junior, Hayes and Sherman Leach.
