Ruby T. Smiley, 90, died Friday, October 27, 1989. She was born in Kearney MO and lived in Missouri, Texas and Oklahoma until 1977 before coming to Gig Harbour to be near her daughter. She was preceded in death by her husband of 46 years, Raymond Smiley, who passed away in 1981. Mrs. Smiley was a member of the Baptist church since childhood and was a loving, caring wife, mother and grandmother and was beloved in return. She is survived by her daughter, son-in-law, grandson, great-grandson, two sisters, sister-in-law Helen Smiley, nieces, nephews, and friends.
