Jimmy Dale Smith Sr., 60, of Prestonsburg, Ky., husband of Joy Sanders Smith, died April 7, 2012, in Cornerstone Hospital, Huntington, W.Va.
He was a disabled autobody man.
Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Wednesday, Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Martin, Ky. Burial at Boyd Cemetery, Dana, Ky.

He was born June 12, 1951, to the late James and Carrie Thacker Smith. He was the husband of Joy Sanders Smith and was a disabled auto body man.
He is survived by three sons, Jimmy Dale (Pam) Smith Jr., of Prestonsburg, Rusty (Jolean) Smith, of Johnson County, and Tony (Melissa) Smith, of Ivel; one daughter, Angie Osborne, of Martin; 12 grandchildren, Marissa, Steven, Justin, Chasity, Jenna, David, Steven, Taylor, Sammi, Taylor, Nick, Austin, Matthew; and two great grandchildren, Jade and Jonathan.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Wednesday, April 11, at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home in Martin, with David Garrett officiating. Burial will follow the service at Boyd Cemetery in Dana.
