"Jimmy" was the son of James Hart, Jr. and Mabel (nee) McCoy. He was born at Physicians and Surgeons Hospital at 17th and Diamond Streets in Philadelphia. He is survived by his two brothers Steven of Pennsanken, NJ and Gregory (Diane) of New Mexico. He is survived by his three children; Justin, Jessica and Shannon all of Pennsauken. His wife Julie Tagland Hart and two stepchildren Amanda M. Tagland and Gary W. Tagland, Jr. of Cherry Hill.
Jimmy was a member of the Teamsters (Mailers) Union Local #1414 for 33 years. He worked in the mailroom departments of the Philadelphia Inquirer, Bulletin, Courier Post and Triangle Publications.
Mass of Christian Burial was held at St. Peter's Church, Merchantville, NJ.
