He is survived by his two brothers Steven of Pennsanken, NJ and Gregory (Diane) of New Mexico. He is survived by his three children; Justin, Jessica and Shannon all of Pennsauken. His wife Julie Tagland Hart and two stepchildren Amanda M. Tagland and Gary W. Tagland, Jr. of Cherry Hill.
Jimmy was a member of the Teamsters (Mailers) Union Local #1414 for 33 years. He worked in the mailroom departments of the Philadelphia Inquirer, Bulletin, Courier Post and Triangle Publications.
