Solemn requiem mass was celebrated for Miss Mary E. Buhrfeind, 6411 Lincoln St., in the St. Theodore church yesterday morning. Burial was in Mount Olivet cemetery.
Miss Buhrfeind died Tuesday morning after an illness of six months. She was born in Chicago 56 years ago and had lived in Southtown for the past 22 years. She was a member
of the Woman's Benefit association and of the Altar and Rosary Society of the St. Theodore church.
Survivors are two sisters: Mrs. Anna Whitting, 6029 Laflin street and Mrs. Margaret Carr, 6411 Lincoln street and two brothers: Fred Buhrfeind, 6411 Lincoln street and George, 6344 Lincoln Street.
