Miss Margaret Stanhope Toy, formerly of Norfolk, died Wednesday in New York, where she had been residing. She was a daughter of the late Joseph A. Toy and granddaughter of the late Thomas D. Toy, both formerly of Norfolk. The body is expected to arrive here tomorrow morning for burial in Elmwood cemetery.

Margaret died at the residence of her cousin, George M. Bayne, Tompkins Ave, New Brighton, Staten Island. She had suffered a nervous breakdown three weeks previous at Daytona, Florida and gone there to rest and recover. She is survived by her mother and two brothers.
