The Oklahoman, Saturday, 29 Dec 1973: Lorena (Loreana) V. Jones, 59, of 2728 NW 40, died Friday in Baptist Medical Center after a short illness. Services will be 2 pm Monday in Garrison Funeral Home with burial in Rose Hill Cemetery. Mrs Jones was born in Washita County and came to Oklahoma City in 1933. She was a retired employee of B.C. Clark Jeweler and a member of the Eastern Star. She is survived by her husband, Cecil L. Jones; son, Roy Wayne Jones, 3416 NW 68; two brothers, Orval J. McElroy, Fort Cobb; and George N. McElroy, Glendale, AZ; and a sister, Mrs Maudie M. Helms, 935 N. Shartel.
