The Oklahoman, 2 Dec 1973, pg 31D: Graveside services for Marshus McBride "Moon" Mullen, 75, of 2900 NW 43, will be at 1 pm Monday in Rose Hill Cemetery directed by Bill Merritt Funeral Service. He died Friday in a city nursing home after a long illness. Mullen was born in Carroll Co, MS, and came to Oklahoma City in 1948 from Chicago. He was a retired wholesale oil and auto assessories dealer, a member of the Presbyterian Church and a graduate of Mississippi State University.
He is survived by his wife, Naomi; two sons, Melvin M., Fallon, NV; and Richard E., Birmingham, AL; two daughters, Mrs Mildred Louk, Kansas City, MO; and Mrs Sue Faulk, Hollywood, CA; a brother, O. E. "Bill," Duncan; and a sister, Mrs W. A. Williamson, Kosciusko, MS.
