ALLEY, John Michael, 39, of Cameron, W.Va., died Friday, October 3, 2008, as a result of a motorcycle accident.
He was born December 9, 1968 in Glen Dale, W.Va., son of the Michael W. and Linda Robinson Alley.
He was a member of the Clouston Methodist Church, Cameron; the Ironworkers Local No. 549, Wheeling; the Sons of the American Legion, Post 18, Cameron; and the Northern WV Chapter Brothers of the Wheel Motorcycle Club.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Mildred Robinson; paternal grandfather, Otis (Tup) Alley.
Other than being survived by his parents of Cameron, surviving are his companion, Lizz Conner of Moundsville. The father of three loving children, Kyla, Tyler and Camden, who reside with their mother, Rhea of Cameron; his maternal grandfather, James R. (Robert) Robinson; paternal grandmother, Gretta Alley, both of Cameron; one sister, Heather (Justin) Wood of Fairmont; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
John loved to ride his Harley as well as his horse. He loved the outdoors and hunting.
Friends will be received at the Anderson Funeral Home, 39 Maple Avenue, Cameron Monday, October 6, 2008 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m., where services will be held Tuesday at 1 p.m., with Pastor Ron McCoy officiating.
Interment in Beelers Station Christian Church Cemetery, near Cameron.
A bereavement dinner will be held immediately following the burial at the First Christian Church, 7 North Avenue, Cameron.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Harmony House, 2000 Eoff Street, Wheeling.
