Frank Starr of Altoona died in the Altoona Hospital on February 26, 1962. He was born May 9, 1874, In Layersville, Lycoming County, a son of Bart and Mary (Cosper) Starr.
He was married to Mary Jane Knode and she preceded him in death. Surviving are two sons, Norman of Chittinango, N. Y., and George of Elmira, N. Y. Mr. Starr was the last surviving member of his immediate family. He was a carpenter by trade.
